REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Once an order is confirmed, Ayur Aranya will not accept return or refund requests. Cancelling an order after it is placed will also not be considered. However, in any of the below situations, we are more than happy to find an amicable solution that is fair to all parties.

In case of Damaged product 

  • Ayur Aranya needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email or phone number provided below 

  • In case of multiple item shipments, only the affected product can be returned and replaced.

  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the damaged product.

  • On satisfactorily confirming the defect in the order, the product will be replaced & reshipped within 7 working days of the ticket resolved.

  • Email will be responded to within 24 - 48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.

In case of Missing product

  • Ayur Aranya needs to be notified of damaged product within 3 days from delivery date via email or phone number provided below 

  • We will be unable to accept a refund request. But, we will be happy to promptly re-send the missing product.

  • On satisfactorily confirming the missing product in the order was at our end, the product will be replaced & reshipped within 7 working days of the ticket resolved.

  • Email will be responded to within 24 - 48 hrs and full assistance will be provided thereafter.
